  Hate the taste of coffee. So annoying when multiple times at this location they just can't get sugar into the drink. I'm done after this 10th strike with this location. You had 1 job to do. Make a simple cream and sugar coffee.

  UPDATE: Please, for the love of Dunkin, teach your employees how to make iced coffee!! I've worked at Dunkin and I know how these coffees are supposed to taste and it's NEVER right. My caramel swirl coffee should be sweet, not bitter and burnt tasting. I'm hitting my breaking point with this Dunkin Donuts. I've never had this issue at any other location.
  
  Everyone there seems to hate their life in the morning. Quick service but rarely a smile or even attempt at being cheery. Also, my coffee is wrong more often than not. I know "caramel swirl" is the sweetened caramel flavor and I always make sure to specify that, yet it's the unsweetened caramel most of the time. There's a HUGE difference in taste then. More attention to details and being pleasant would really do this new place some good.

  Real nice setup with lots of power sockets and wifi if you want to do homework, etc.
