  This was THE WORST service I've ever experienced. Asked for a booth they take us to a table next to a booth. I asked to sit in the booth again and they said that it needed to be cleaned off (it was wet) we sat and said we would wait. They came back over and said we had to sit in the waiting area in case there was broken glass(??). Then they sat us back again. The table was wet as can be. We asked for towels. Ordered food. Never got my ranch. Togo order was served to us. Can't find our waitress the major part of the meal for drink refills. They were out of Dr pepper. Out of ribs.(it's 730 pm on friday. How do you run out of those two things on a weekend??) My food was terrible. Chips oily and undercooked. We ask for the check. She doesn't come back for at least 5 minutes. Doesn't have the Togo order. We give her the card. Comes back about 8 minutes later and the Togo order is in her hand but she says we have to wait because there weren't enough fries to serve it?? Then we finally get our card back to sign. It took over 20 minutes from requesting our check to leaving (with a burger and a fraction of fries.) Just awful.

  Third visit for the ribs ran out again. Spoke to the manager offered free ribs next Sunday and pork chop dinner on the house. Hopefully they will never run out again.

  Great food and great staff. The waitress was very helpful and the manager stopped by to make sure we enjoyed our meal! Thanks so much!
